My stay at Ca' Venissa was a fantastic experience. The location of the apartment was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from famous landmarks. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals, and the quiet sleeping conditions ensured a restful night's sleep. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the city. I was very satisfied with my stay at Ca' Venissa.

Had a really amazing experience, I loved this place!
marvellous location just next door to well stocked shop, the major sights, and vaporetto, and the room was bright. the staff was helpful and i had early check in. the bathroom there was excellent. having kitchenette was convenient. the property was 500 metres away from pasticceria rizzardini. i think it was reasonably priced.

Loved the unique character of the property near Rialto Bridge. Marco Polo airport is conveniently far away. WiFi was surprisingly available in all areas.
Oh, just had a delightful experience paying extra cash because the price was listed incorrectly. Such fun!

Stayed at this recently refurbished apartment in the San Polo district for a few days. Perfectly located, just minutes away from San Silvestro pier and Rialto bridge. Appreciated the option for early check-in and late check-out. Air conditioning in all rooms was a bonus during the summer heat. Well-stocked mini market and plenty of restaurants nearby. Apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Excellent communication from the host, Rossella, and her husband even met us at the vaporetto stop. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Couldn't recommend this apartment more.

The location was fab, so close to that famous bridge. The airport was quite far, but hey, who needs easy access? And the WiFi worked everywhere, gotta keep up with my social media escapades, right?
So thoughtful.

The two-bedroom apartment at Ca' Venissa is an absolute dream! I felt like I was in my own cozy little hideaway with a fully equipped kitchenette to whip up some delicious meals. The two flat-screen TVs added a touch of luxury and made it so easy to unwind after a long day exploring the city. It was the perfect space for someone like me who enjoys a mix of comfort and simplicity.
Just a small thing, but I personally found the bedroom a tad bit too small for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

For the price we paid, we got great value at this well-located hotel in Venice. The room was modern and comfortable, with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. The staff, especially Rossella and Mr. Salman, were extremely helpful and made our first-time visit to Venice a breeze.
The food for breakfast could have been better.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the vaporetto stop and made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there was a small supermarket nearby, which was convenient for picking up groceries.
The only downside was that some guests mentioned that the bathroom could use some renovation.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with modern furniture and attention to detail in the decor. The location was very central, with easy access to everywhere and close to the boat stop. I loved that there were shops, cafes, and patisseries nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or a cup of coffee.
Communication was a bit challenging as the staff did not speak English. I also found it difficult to navigate the three flights of stairs with my luggage, especially since I had elderly family members with walking difficulties.
